Simple Process
Decide whether a private one-on-one session or an intimate group class (up to 5 students) is right for you.
Call us or send an email with your preferred class type, day, and time. We'll confirm availability and reserve your spot.
Arrive a few minutes early, leave your shoes at the door, and get ready to move. We'll handle everything else.
Prefer to talk it through? Give us a call and we'll find the perfect time slot for you. We love hearing from new students!

Your Options

Max 5 students per session
Before You Arrive
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. Bare feet are best β no shoes on the mat.
We provide all mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
Please arrive 5β10 minutes before your class so you can settle in and begin with a calm, clear mind.
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Bring a water bottle. We recommend not eating a heavy meal within 1β2 hours of your class.
Absolute beginners are always welcome. There is no "wrong" way to start β just come as you are.
